How to simply manage your to-do
An experience to share with you all.
In today’s fast-paced world, our attention spans are getting shorter and we find ourselves constantly juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities. As a result, managing our priorities and staying organized can be a real challenge. To help us stay on track, many of us turn to task manager or to-do list apps as a support system.
However, the use of these apps can sometimes add to the complexity of our tasks. For instance, a typical knowledge worker might have a notes app, a project management system, and an integrated task management tool like Notion, Coda, Mem, Reflect, Craft, Evernote, and many others. With tasks scattered across multiple platforms, it can be difficult to keep track of everything.
To make matters worse, tasks themselves can come in different forms. Some tasks may be project-specific, while others may be part of a daily routine like meetings, exercise, or meditation. And still others may be occasional tasks like making phone calls or following up with someone.
In my experience, the key to staying organized is to use an app that is specifically designed for its core purpose.
